Frontend Developer – React & TypeScript
- Developed and maintained a mobile-responsive web application for Goodfolks, a logistics automation platform that uses machine learning to detect and classify logistics items such as pallets, collars, drums, and disposable wooden units.
- Built robust and scalable UI components using React.js and TypeScript, ensuring consistent design and functionality across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Integrated the frontend with a FastAPI backend that served ML model predictions for real-time classification of item type and quantity using uploaded images.
- Created dynamic interfaces for image upload, model response rendering, and item visualization, enabling warehouse staff to streamline inventory and sorting operations.
- Optimized application performance and accessibility, including lazy-loading images and reducing bundle size to improve UX on mobile networks and devices.
- Collaborated with backend engineers, ML specialists, and product designers to fine-tune API integrations and model outputs for enhanced user feedback.
- Participated in Agile workflows, version-controlled code using Git, and contributed to regular code reviews and feature testing.
