Frontend Developer – React

  • Contributed to the development of the NIC Platform, a security and compliance automation tool that enables organizations to manage sensitive information and meet regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, DORA).
  • Developed and maintained modular, scalable React components using TypeScript, enhancing usability and performance across critical platform features like data classification, policy configuration, and compliance dashboards.  
  • Implemented state management with tools like Redux and Context API to manage complex UI states across deeply nested components.  
  • Collaborated closely with the backend team to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time policy enforcement and data scanning feedback.
  • Focused on responsive UI design, ensuring compatibility across multiple devices and browsers using TailwindCSS (or styled-components, depending on what was used).  
  • Participated in Agile sprints, contributed to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to deliver product increments efficiently.
  • Integrated security-focused UX/UI practices, particularly around access control panels and data visualizations used in the SOC (Security Operations Center) interface.
  • Contributed to CI/CD pipelines (if applicable) and worked with tools like Git, Jira, and Figma (if used) during the development lifecycle.
